The aim is to promote health by enabling people to perform meaningful and purposeful activities. Our occupational therapist has years of experience and many other gifted skill sets to better assist the individual with a wonderful recovery and life balance opportunity.   Experience the quality of life with Bowen therapy, psychotherapy and Occupational  Therapy.

HOW CAN Occupational Therapy improve quality of Life?

  • Improve your ability to complete tasks and activities at home, work, or in social and leisure situations.

  • Find alternative ways to complete challenging tasks.

  • Adapt to lifestyle changes and develop new routines.

  • Increase independence.

  • Enhance health management skills.

How Does OT Differ From Physical Therapy (PT)?

Occupational therapy and physical therapy (PT) both provide rehabilitative services that help you move your body in safe and healthy ways, reduce and manage pain, re-learn movement patterns and restore function. Physical therapy focuses on improving your ability to move your body correctly. It typically involves a specific area of the body, often reducing symptoms like pain or stiffness after an injury or surgery.

OT, on the other hand, focuses on improving your ability to participate independently in meaningful daily activities to help improve quality of life. With OT, the goal is to uncover which tasks are limited and address those that are most important to you first.
