Charles has become an amazing addition to our meditation and healing group here within clinic. He is not only a large advocate for meditation and spirituality but also expresses the beauty of community especially advocating for other men to be able to join the space that meditation can hold. Charles has been apart of prayer groups for over 30 years and has dived into meditation for the past year and a half.
